Additionally, you will monitor organizational change processes within your area of responsibility, with a particular focus on developing reports on organizational changes.* Provide operational support in managing administrative matters affecting the assigned employee population,



acting as a point of contact between the HR Administration team and the HRBP in order to monitor potential issues and serve as a reference point for employees.* Perform periodic checks on the quality of HR data within our systems, ensuring the department can produce accurate and up-to-date reports. * A degree in Economics, Law, or related fields* Good knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint* Strong spoken and written English skills* Numerical aptitude, logical–analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with proactivity and a strong team-oriented mindset * Paid internship (€900 per month)* Tech pack & Welcome Kit* On-the-job training, team-building activities, and similar initiatives* Hybrid work model – 60% remote, 40% in the office **growth mindset** and their ability to turn challenges into opportunities. • **ENTREPRENEURSHIP** - is the engine that drives us to excel, innovate and challenge ourselves for our own success and that of our company.
