Job Overview

CUOCO/A (Chef) for the company canteen in Agrate Brianza. Position will be hired with an initial fixed‑term contract, potentially leading to permanent employment.

Responsibilities

- Preparation of first courses, second courses, and side dishes independently.
- Management of kitchen staff.
- Adherence to hygiene and sanitary regulations.
- Organizing kitchen work in compliance with hygiene rules.
- Work on shift schedules: night, weekend, and holiday shifts (6:00‑14:00, 11:00‑20:00, 22:00‑6:00, weekend 8:00‑13:00 / 17:00‑20:00 with inter‑weekend rests).

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience as CUOCO/A.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Organizational and managerial skills.
- Availability for shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Possession of HACCP certificate.

Compensation

Level: 4, CCNL TURISMO PUBBLICI ESERCIZI. Gross monthly salary: €1,652.69, plus majorations for the three shifts, holiday work, and overtime.

Salary range: €1,200 – €1,600 gross per month.
