Job Description
Our Graduate Programme is LIVE for 2026 and we are looking for eager graduates to join our innovative global company. This rotational programme offers successful candidates the chance to join a dynamic and highly successful private business, rotating across a range of products and departments, including:
- Inside Sales – Inbound – Fuel
- Inside Sales – Outbound – Fuel
- Inside Sales – Telematics
- Account Management – Telematics
You will spend at least 3 months in each area listed below. You will gain hands‑on experience and responsibility from day one, allowing you to make an impact on our business. We are committed to developing your potential and encourage you to drive efficiencies, innovate processes, and collaborate with teams across the business. A director will commit to mentoring you.

Business Units
Sales & Account Management – Fuel & Telematics
At an Operational Level
- Responsible for direct sales and account management for both our Fuel and Telematics BUs.
- Gain direct experience on the phone working with customers and on targets.
- Take on managerial tasks – team leadership, coaching and responsibility for individual projects.
- Receive constant support from local senior leaders and a UK buddy.
Qualifications
- A minimum 2:1 degree in any subject (achieved or expected).
- English knowledge on intermediate level (B2) is required.
- Passion, ambition, and drive to succeed.
- Evidence of some work experience or extra‑curricular activities is a plus.
- A creative, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to innovate.
- Strong communication skills and confidence to present ideas to senior leadership.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment.
Additional Information
What We Offer
- Fixed term contract 12 months.
- CCNL Commercio contract.
- GAS € 25,000 - € 26,000.
- Meal vouchers € 9.00/day.
