Work in Portugal - Customer Support Representative (Italian Market)

Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsibilities

- Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email & chat.
- Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases.
- Stay up to date with new products & company updates.

Qualifications

- Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) & good English (B2+).
- Excellent communication & empathy skills.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Ready for an on-site role in Lisbon.
