Milan Fashion PR Intern: Press & Content Support

Overview

Maison Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Fashion Press Office Department, based in Milan , and will support the team in the following activities:

Responsibilities

- Press coverage analysis: Monitoring press coverage, share daily and special clippings (print and digital medias + social channels) in a timely manner.
- Supporting media impact value tracking via active monitoring with Launchmetrics to develop extensive press reports and competitors analysis.
- Trade partners and SEO communications: Overview press contents across trade partners, work on special projects, product launches and communication activities.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all communication channels.
- Contents development & Fashion press office support: Work closely with the corporate team to create and develop contents such as press releases, quotes, translations, images, etc.
- Brainstorming online and printed media initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution for press activations, to propose alternative and non-conventional approaches presenting the product.
- Back office: Database management of press lists, contacts,



mailings – upcoming project with Launchmetrics.
- Support on day to day PR office administration and logistics activities.
- Organizing and preparing deliveries and shipments such as press gifts, thank you presents, show invitations etc.

Requirements

- Academic background in communication or journalism
- Master in fashion area is considered a plus
- Fluency in English language
- Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Launchmetrics is considered a plus
- Curiosity and strong passion for fashion and luxury industry
