Client Advisor – Premium Brand (Roma)

Gi Group Spa, filiale di Roma Bissolati, invites applications for a Client Advisor position within a boutique of a Premium Brand situated in Rome, focused on clothing and accessories.

Grafton Fashion & Luxury is a Gi Group Spa specialization authorized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies.

Responsibilities

- Sales assistance and overseeing all point of sale activities.
- Customer welcome, consultation and client shopping experience.
- Clienteling, CRM maintenance, and storytelling of products and collections.
- Cash handling and customer loyalty activities.

Requirements

- Previous experience, even brief, as a Client Advisor in a customer‑centric, assisted‑sales environment.
- Strong orientation towards customer loyalty.
- Professional, sunny demeanor and team‑work ability.




- Excellent knowledge of the English language; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

Working Conditions

- Full‑time: 5 days on 7, from Monday to Sunday with shifts in the 10:00 – 21:00 window.
- Direct hire with the client company, fixed‑term contract of 6 or 12 months.
- CCNL Commerce, 4th level.
- Annual gross salary between €25,000 and €26,000, based on contract classification and CCNL duties.
- Additional benefits: €8 meal vouchers and incentive scheme tied to performance objectives.
