Overview
The Community Marketing Intern will support the growth, engagement, and activation of the Aethos Community. Working closely with the Marketing team, this role will help create meaningful experiences for members, foster community engagement, and support the planning and execution of events, partnerships, and initiatives that strengthen the connection between members and the Aethos brand.
Responsibilities
- Support the day‑to‑day management of the club membership platform, assisting with platform administration, content updates, member journeys, and the ongoing migration and optimization of digital membership tools.
- Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives designed to attract, engage, and retain club members.
- Assist in planning and promoting member events, networking opportunities, cultural experiences, and exclusive activations.
- Coordinate communications dedicated to members, including newsletters, event invitations, and promotional campaigns.
- Support in creating engaging content for social media and digital channels that showcases the club's experiences, benefits, and member lifestyle.
- Support the management of the membership calendar and marketing activities related to the club program.
- Assist with member acquisition initiatives and lead‑generation activities.
- Stay up to date with trends in hospitality, luxury lifestyle, memberships, and private clubs.
- Support the team in delivering a seamless and inspiring member experience across all touchpoints.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Membership & Marketing team across a variety of projects and day‑to‑day activities, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in community building, hospitality, events, and lifestyle brands.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable engaging with members and guests.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with an interest in storytelling and content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and Italian (written and spoken).
