Who you are
- You are a student or recent graduate interested in gaining experience in Customer Success.
- You communicate clearly and empathetically and enjoy solving problems.
- You don’t wait for instructions: you see a problem and look for a solution.
- You are curious, fast, and ready to challenge yourself.
- You enjoy working in a small team where individual impact is huge.
- You are interested in the startup world.
What you'll do
You will be the main point of contact for our customers. Your job is not just “providing support”: it’s understanding their problems, helping them get value from the product, and bringing what you learn back to the product team so Pillar improves every week.
In practice:
- Guide customers through onboarding and support them in using the platform.
- Be the go-to person for requests, issues, and key moments in their journey.
- Collect feedback and turn it into actionable insights for the product team.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Contribute to defining processes and strategies for the Customer Success team.
