Alignerr is hiring AI Training Specialists to perform structured evaluation and labeling tasks that teach AI systems to be smarter, safer, and more accurate. This fully remote, hourly contract role welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds and requires a sharp eye, strong focus, and the ability to follow clear guidelines.

You will complete labeling across text, image, and audio formats, review AI-generated content, and flag issues to ensure high-quality outputs.
