Posizione

We are looking for an intern within the Private Markets team.

The team is part of the Private Banking division and focuses on building the offering of alternative investment products.

The successful candidate will work directly with the members of the Private Markets Team to:

- Conducting research and analysis on private market investment opportunities, including direct co-investments, private market funds, evergreen vehicles and hedge funds
- Monitoring the private markets landscape through market research, manager due diligence and industry analysis to support the continuous enhancement of the product offering
- Tracking and monitoring existing investments, maintaining proprietary portfolio models, and preparing periodic performance updates, investment memoranda and client reporting materials
- Supporting the evaluation, selection and ongoing due diligence of investment managers and products
- Assisting in the structuring and development of the Private Markets product offering




- Supporting the distribution of private markets solutions by preparing marketing materials, presentations and educational content for bankers, clients and prospective investors
- Participating in meetings and due diligence calls with investment managers and drafting meeting notes and investment summaries
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Investment Advisory, Product, Legal, Compliance and Operations to support the launch and ongoing management of investment solutions.

Requisiti

- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or STEM disciplines, with a strong interest in investments and private markets
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, sound analytical capabilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
