Role MissionThe Remarketing Business Operations Specialist is a key member of the Remarketing team, reporting directly to the Remarketing & Residual Value Manager.The role ensures the efficient execution of administrative, operational, and reporting activities supporting the Used Cars business. Acting as the operational point of reference within the Remarketing department, this position enables Remarketing Specialists to focus on commercial activities by ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, accurate data management, and effective business performance monitoring.The position combines operational excellence, sales administration, and business analysis, contributing to the development of an efficient, scalable, and data-driven Used Cars operation.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Remarketing & Residual Value Manager in the operational management of the department.Work closely with Remarketing Specialists, ensuring the effective coordination of operational, administrative, and reporting activities supporting Used Cars sales processes.Consolidate and analyze Remarketing data, preparing reports and dashboards to monitor business performance and support decision-making.Monitor Used Cars KPIs and provide regular analyses of business performance.Prepare management presentations, business reviews, and executive summaries for internal meetings and management reviews.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination of activities and information flows.RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within Used Cars, Remarketing,
Sales Operations, or Business Operations.Strong understanding of Used Cars commercial processes and operational workflows.Proven experience in KPI monitoring, reporting, and data analysis.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis.Excellent command of Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, professional, and impactful management presentations.Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms) is considered an advantage.Excellent command of both Italian and English, written and spoken.Personal CompetenciesStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.Proactive, reliable, and results-oriented attitude.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What We OfferThe opportunity to join a fast-growing multinational company in the automotive industry.Professional development opportunities within an international environment,
