In this role you will drive the growth of the da Vinci installed base within IDNs, diagnosing needs and delivering training, sales and marketing plans to expand clinical and capital business. You will engage surgeons, executives and clinicians across levels to foster champions and adoption of da Vinci. You’ll develop regional strategies, support access programs, and lead executive-level presentations to shape outcomes. This is a mission-driven opportunity to scale innovative robotic care and improve patient outcomes while working with cross-functional teams. Diagnose and execute sales plans to expand da Vinci systems within listed accounts with Sales Directors Develop and sell advanced clinical pathways to enable surgeon adoption and better patient outcomes Manage regional pricing, programs and capital initiatives for customers Oversee academic training of residents in IDNs with clinical, marketing and training teams Collaborate with market access,



government affairs and ecosystem teams to expand access Conduct clinical and economic value analyses with surgeons and hospitals Develop regional commercial strategy at local and country levels Create market-wide strategies for all specialties and present at local and corporate levels Teach all aspects of the clinical and capital sales process Negotiate local and group sales and implement regional campaigns Develop and expand relationships with key surgeons/customers Plan and execute weekly/quarterly sales activities Travel 2–4 days weekly (+50% travel) to customer sites and meetings Knowledge of major regional and national healthcare groups Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Clinical and capital medical equipment sales experience Experience in selling new technologies and in sales management In this role you will drive the growth of the da Vinci installed base within IDNs, diagnosing needs and delivering training, sales and marke
