Job Title Commissioning Manager - Data Centre Summary

We're looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to join a major data centre project in Milan. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background and proven project management expertise who want to deliver large-scale critical infrastructure projects. You'll play a key part in ensuring successful commissioning and compliance while working with some of the most advanced technology environments. Location and Working Pattern

Location: Milan, Italy (onsite at the data centre) Rotation: 3/1-week rotation may be required, with project relocation support available Travel: Domestic and international travel as required Applicants must have full working rights in Italy Client Overview

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for the commissioning process Coordinate cross-functional teams including construction, commissioning, and facilities management Oversee procurement and commissioning of equipment and infrastructure systems Manage testing, validation,



and risk mitigation for all data centre systems Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for clear communication and alignment Provide technical oversight on design, infrastructure, and operations Track project costs, report progress, and ensure standards compliance Prepare and maintain full commissioning documentation and handover materials Must-have Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline Minimum 5 years' experience managing large or complex data centre or critical infrastructure projects Strong understanding of data centre design, commissioning practices, and compliance standards Excellent project planning and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with data centre standards and regulations Ability to work onsite in Milan and travel as needed Nice-to-have Skills
