We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Milan, Italy.ResponsibilitiesDocument Control & System Management Manage and maintain all project documentation through the document control system, ensuring accurate version control, distribution, and filing in line with fast-paced data centre project requirements Drawing & Technical Submittals Coordination Control the flow of drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals between site teams, consultants, and subcontractors,



ensuring timely review and approval to support programme delivery Compliance & Audit Readiness Ensure all documentation meets strict project, client, and regulatory standards, maintaining full traceability and audit-ready records at all stages of the project lifecycle Stakeholder Liaison Act as the central point of contact for all document-related queries, coordinating closely with engineering, QA/QC, and construction teams to ensure seamless information flow Reporting & Process Improvement Produce regular document control reports and proactively identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across a high-volume, deadline-driven environmentRequirementsMust have 2+ years experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects Must be based within a commutable distance of Milan Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbalBenefits40,000 - 50,000 + Package
