Specialista Senior / Project Manager In this role you will drive product compliance and the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure quality, environmental, and safety performance. You’ll work cross-functionally with R&D;, Engineering, and Supply Chain to embed compliance into product development and procurement. You will maintain conformity documentation and support audits, CAPA, and customer requests. This position blends regulatory, environmental, and quality stewardship to enable sustainable product delivery. Hybrid work options Wellbeing support for employees and their families Welfare plan with personalized services Canteen provided Coordinate with R&D;, Engineering and Supply Chain to embed compliance requirements into product development and procurement processes Maintain up-to-date product compliance documentation (declarations of conformity, technical files) and address customer requests regarding performance and compliance Ensure compliance with environmental directives/regulations (WEEE, RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals)



and identify gaps and corrective actions Support the implementation and maintenance of the IMS framework (Quality, Environmental, Safety) per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, IRIS, MID Document, communicate, and enforce IMS policies and procedures; drive CAPA from audits, non-conformities, and customer feedback Monitor evolving environmental legislation and translate into actions across the organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field with a focus on Quality, Environmental Science, or Sustainability Ability to work cross-functionally in international teams; strong written and verbal communication Proficient in MS Office tools and quality/sustainability management platforms Italian and English proficiency (written and spoken) Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance topics simultaneously In this role you will drive product compliance and the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure quality, environmental, and safety perfo…
