Their scope includes civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning works. With a group turnover exceeding 1.5bn and a secured pipeline of projects for the next three years, they continue to expand across major mission-critical developments. Due to sustained growth, they are now seeking an experienced CSA Engineer to join the project delivery team on a major data centre development in Milan, Italy. The CSA Engineer will support the delivery of all civil, structural, and architectural works on a large-scale, mission-critical project — ensuring construction is executed safely, in line with programme, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities

Oversee and inspect CSA works on site, ensuring quality standards are consistently achieved throughout all phases of construction. Work closely with the Quality team to verify that completed works meet approved benchmarks, coordinating with QA personnel to ensure contractors submit accurate and timely documentation. Monitor subcontractor performance against the project schedule, chair coordination meetings, and drive progress to meet key milestones. Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including reports, inspections, and quality records. Attend and actively contribute to site meetings, internal project reviews,



engineering and coordination meetings, planning sessions, lookahead meetings, and handover reviews. Review design drawings and collaborate with the design team to resolve technical queries or constructability issues. Proactively inspect and identify defects in subcontractor works, ensuring installations comply fully with approved drawings and specifications. Raise snag lists through the designated management system, track close-out actions, and issue formal completion reports in accordance with the project Quality Management System (QMS). Promote and enforce Health & Safety standards across all CSA activities on site.Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years' experience, ideally on large-scale construction or data centre projects. Strong understanding of CSA construction techniques, QA/QC procedures, and Health & Safety regulations. Demonstrated experience coordinating subcontractors and managing works in line with programme deadlines. Competent in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation. Excellent organisational skills with strong communication and problem-solving ability.
