This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Europe's leading mission-critical construction specialists, delivering complex data centre projects across the continent.
As MEP Lead, you will take ownership of the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health delivery on site, leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and driving project performance across safety, quality, programme, procurement and commercial objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Mechanical and Electrical project teams on siteCoordinate all MEP activities throughout the project lifecycleDrive programme delivery, sequencing and construction planningReview designs and propose value engineering solutions to improve efficiency, quality and constructabilityMonitor installation works to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standardsCoordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers,



Site Engineers and subcontractorsManage procurement activities and ensure equipment and materials are delivered in line with programme requirementsIdentify design issues, clashes and omissions and coordinate resolutions with the design teamEnsure the highest standards of Health & Safety are maintained across all MEP activitiesSupport commercial teams through change management, cost control and progress reportingLead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior managementRequirementsDegree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services EngineeringProven experience leading MEP teams on large-scale construction projectsStrong background delivering Data Centre, Mission Critical, Industrial or Pharmaceutical projectsExcellent understanding of MEP coordination, procurement, construction sequencing and commissioningStrong commercial awareness and project delivery experienceAbility to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, leadership and organisational skillsWhat's on OfferOpportunity to work on a flagship hyperscale data centre developmentLong-term project pipelineCareer progression within a growing international businessCompetitive salary and benefits packageExposure to some of Europe's most technically challenging construction projects
