Si assicuri di leggere la descrizione completa qui sotto.- 45000 /annoTipo di contratto: Tempo pienoAzienda: Michael PageConsulente: Filippo MaggiLead daily continuous improvement activities across assigned production lines.Partner with Process Engineers and technical teams to optimize line performance.Azienda Leading multinational company operating in the FMCG sector, recognised for its manufacturing excellence and operating in a highly competitive, fast-paced environment where operational efficiency, product quality, and continuous improvement are key business drivers.OffertaDrive performance across assigned production lines, ensuring achievement of Safety, Quality, Service Level, OEE, Productivity and Waste Reduction targets.Lead daily Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence activities to improve manufacturing performance.Monitor and optimize key production KPIs including OEE, downtime, waste, efficiency and line reliability.Ensure the effective implementation of operational and maintenance standards, including CIL, Centerlining, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and Defect Handling.Partner with Process Engineering, Maintenance and Technical Teams to identify improvement opportunities and resolve production issues.Lead shop floor problem-solving activities, driving sustainable corrective and preventive actions.Facilitate daily and weekly performance reviews, leveraging data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Act as a technical reference point for operators, supporting troubleshooting and process optimization initiatives.Develop team capabilities through coaching,
