We value resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, and change and pursue a sustainable future through innovative solutions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPreparing presentations, Information Memorandums, bank teasers and reports addressed to banks for Project Financing transactions /li liFinance documents administration, compliance reports, undertakings reporting and waiver processes /li liManaging complex financial models to analyze debt funding and returns /li liEvaluating bankability aspects of project documents (EPC, OM, PPA) and providing support with quantitative analyses /li liSelection of specialized Advisors and Due Diligence coordination /li liSupporting the execution including financial close, CPs satisfaction and drawdown reporting /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration; a Master’s Degree in a related field is an asset /li li1–2 years’ proven experience in banks,
