At Metlen Energy & Metals, we foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, and change, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.We are currently looking for a HSE Manager to join our M Renewables team in our Milan offices.Your role will encompass:Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a cluster of projects), ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costsResponsible for the implementation of H&S; management systems to ensure both legal obligations and our UCB bespoke safety culture are adequately supportedEnsure training needs are identified,
delivered and monitoredCoordinating and supervising construction workersChecking and preparing site reports and keeping on top of paperworkManage the risk management system i.e. facilitating risk assessors and/or undertaking risk assessments personally and reviewing control measures in placeDirect the Head Site Manager with the local legislationsOther duties as directed by supervisorWhat you bring to the role:5+ years proven HSE experience in releted field, preferebly renewablesGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeItalian and English knowledgeAbility to multi-task and work independently with minimal direction/supervisionWorking knowledge of OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standardsExcellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to travel to the project sitesYour Benefits:Attractive remuneration packageFriendly and professional working environmentContinuous trainingCooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivityFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest newsWe respect your personal data.
