The remit spans product industrialisation,production, industrial purchasing, supplier development, supply chain,logistics and operational systems, across all categories, with leather goods atthe core.It is a hands-on role, spent largely withsuppliers, manufacturing partners and warehouses, with a mandate to simplifyand modernise how the brand makes and delivers its products. It suits a driven,hungry, direct operator with the curiosity and creativity to take the brandfurther, not to administer the status quo.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development &IndustrialisationIndustrialise; newproducts with the creative and product teams: prototyping, sampling, technicaldevelopment and bills of materials, from concept to production-ready.Ensure new collectionsare executable in quality, cost and lead time before they enter production.ProductionLead production acrossall categories: leather goods first, plus stationery, writing instruments andlifestyle accessories.Coordinate the external /façon manufacturing network to the highest standards of quality, timing andexecution.Balance priorities acrosscollections and continuously improve industrial performance.Industrial Purchasing &Supplier; DevelopmentLead industrialpurchasing and negotiate commercial terms.Identify, qualify anddevelop new manufacturing partners, prioritising the leather supply base, andbuild long-term relationships with key suppliers.Own product cost andindustrial margin, and monitor supplier performance on quality, service,delivery,
capacity and cost.Build a resilientmanufacturing network able to support growth.Supply Chain, Logistics &InventoryOversee; the flow from rawmaterials to finished-product delivery, including inbound and outboundlogistics and any third-party partners.Ensure inventory accuracyand product availability, and improve warehouse and logistics performance.Strengthen leather andmaterial traceability and compliance, including readiness for emerging EUproduct-passport requirements.Operational Processes, ERP &DataOwn; and continuouslyimprove processes across product development, production, purchasing andlogistics, simplifying, standardising and digitalising ways of working.Ensure the ERP genuinelysupports operations;
coordinate external ERPconsultants and implementationpartners.Build the KPIs anddashboards: lead time, on-time-in-full, inventory turns, quality, cost, thatdrive decisions, and safeguard data accuracy.People & Team LeadershipLead, coach and developthe operations team;
identify and empower talent.Set priorities, ensuredeadlines are met and company standards upheld.Foster a collaborative,direct and accountable culture, resolving issues promptly.Focus. Leather goods and small leather goods are theoperational core and the primary background required. The role also coversstationery,
