ppbJob Title: /b Culinary Coordinator Intern /p pbLocation: /b Via Privata Fratelli Gabba 7b, Milan, Italy /p pbSchedule: /b Tempo pieno /p h3Basic Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree. /li liExcellent command of the English language. /li liA specialization course or Master’s Degree is preferred. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMenu engineering and optimization. /li liAnalysis and evaluation of food costs. /li liPreparation of weekly schedules for the kitchen and stewarding departments. /li liKitchen staff management, including task coordination and vacation planning. /li liManagement of departmental correspondence and the Executive Chef’s schedule and commitments. /li liSupport in the recruitment and selection process for kitchen positions in collaboration with the Human Resources Department. /li liAssistance to the Executive Chef during job interviews. /li liSupport to the Human Resources Department in organizing training and development activities. /li liCreation and implementation of a database management system for kitchen employees. /li /ul pThroughout this internship experience, the Intern will develop a diverse set of skills. They will learn to be proactive, efficient, and responsive to the department’s needs,



including handling last‑minute requests when necessary.
