We are looking for a Factory Specialist to join our Electrification business. A key member of the Real Estate function in the given geography/specialized area who works with the Real Estate Manager in improving the efficiency, performance, and cost-effective service delivery by the function, by analyzing, proposing, supporting in the implementation of the plan of actions. Also, recommends changes to system functionality and supports the systems implementation/upgrade in their area of functional responsibility. **This position reports to**:
Facility Manager **Your responsibilities**: - Supports the definition, implementation and optimization of processes, procedures, and action plans for improvement, within area of functional responsibility.
- Recommends new practices, processes, or policies to improve overall real estate services.
- Assists in the implementation of special programs,



in their area of functional specialty.
- Provides project support for special initiatives.
- Uses and updates relevant systems, in support of functional processes and procedures.
- Recommends changes to system functionality and supports systems implementation/upgrade in their area of functional responsibility.
- Work with the relevant stakeholders to develop sustainability opportunities to support ABB’s 2030 sustainability goals.
- Support or supervise real estate investments in ABB owned or leased facilities and ensures such investments are submitted for formal approval and in line with ABB governance procedures.
- Gathers information on current real estate trends, property prices, and market conditions and analysis of relevant data.
- Ensures accurate and up-to-date maintenance of ABB owned/leased/rented property databases and other relevant records.
- Stays updated with industry knowledge, regulations, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development activities. **Your background**: - Master degree in Civil Engineer.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English both written and spoken.
- you have a good knowledge in Autocad, BIM Revit and Rhinoceros Grasshopper.
