ERP Assistant

We are currently looking for a **ERP Assistant** willing to support our engineering team during the implementation of a new ERP system for business management.
- **Location**: Lucca, Italy
- **Contract** : tempo pieno temporary contract of 1 year Your main responsibilities will be: - Preparing and maintaining models of product structure and bill of materials following the instructions of cost structure experts.
- Preparing and maintaining product structure and bill of materials of delivery projects
- Creating the needed codes, transferring them to the ERP
- Opening guarantee projects in the ERP
- Supporting the engineering team by entering the bill of materials in the Product Data Management System
- Supporting the engineering team by preparing purchasing requests.
- Preparing production orders for the different manufacturing stages in the ERP.
- Producing and distributing paper copies of manufacturing drawings to the relevant departments
- Preparing and distributing documents relevant to engineering planning (progress and project list)
- Updating visual management documents of engineering department
- Preparing and updating documents needed for project re-estimates
- Keeping historical and running archives up to date
- Reporting hours spent by contractors in the ERP Join our team where you'll play a key role in data management, enriching databases,
seamlessly migrating data between systems, and spearheading diverse product-related initiatives. To succeed in this role, you will need: - Bachelor’s degree in management engineering/IT/mechanics is preferred, other degrees from technical schools are also highly valuable
- Advanced skills in using MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Good approach with IT in general.
- Experience with ERP such as SAP will be valued
- Ability to work in a team, as well as the ability to work autonomously
- Minimum English level B1 (both written and spoken)
- Fluent Italian (both written and spoken)
- Enthusiasm to resolve problems, using your initiative where necessary We offer:
