We are looking for a professional, highly motivated **Personal Assistant** for our Milan office. As Personal Assistant, you will be part of a team responsible for supporting the Managing Director, the Managing Partners, the Senior Consultants and the entire team with day-to-day operations. The job holder will be part of the Back Office team. Main tasks include: - Organizing and maintaining diaries, making appointments and organizing meetings and interviews in Italy and abroad;
- Devising and maintaining back-office processes, including data management and filing;
- Maintaining highest levels of internal and external confidentiality; Furthermore, she/he is: - Driven and focused with proven excellence in written communication and presentations;
- Proactive and able to work both in team and on his/her own initiative in a multitasking and flexible way;
- Calm under pressure, well organized, reliable, with a keen attention to details. The office is located in the center of Milan (Missori). Full-time contract. Contratto di lavoro: Tempo completo, Tempo indeterminato Orario: - Dal lunedì al venerdì
