**IMPIEGATO TECNICO COMMERCIALE** KM Engineering & Services is a global company with over 25 years of experience providing turnkey skid mounted systems, engineering and project management services. We are looking for a highly motivated technical sales employee to join our team of Spare Parts and Services Department **Responsability and Activities**
- Receive, analyze, and archive Request for Quotations
- Issue, update, and archive offers and orders
- Manage orders received from the Client and issued to the Vendors
- Manage interfaces with Clients and Vendors during the proposal and project execution phases
- Check, tag, and package Spare Parts
- Participate in pre-shipment inspections
- Arrange shipments and deliveries of the Spare Parts
- Update the Company database for Spare Parts
- Monitor the Clients satisfaction **Requirements and skills**




- Previous work experience in a technical office
- High ability for multi-tasking, problem solving and time management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passionate, flexible with a proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office and business communications tools
- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English
- Available to travel **Experience**: - Technical Employee: 2 years (required) **Language**: - Inglese (required) Willingness to travel: - 25% (preferred)
