What will you be doing?
- Detailed knowledge of the menu and being able to articulate enthusiastically.




- Know the steps of service as outlined in the service manual.
- Make guests feel comfortable and enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor and observe guests' dining experience.
- Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

What are we looking for?
- Fluent in Italian and knowledge of English.
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive.
- Enjoy being part of a team.
- Previous experience in the same position in hotels of similar category.
- Great communication skills, desire to develop and progress in your role.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm are key for this position.

The position can be classified between level D1 tand level C2 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level D1: €1.556,99 gross monthly; level C3: €1.621,40
