The Head of Cyber Program Delivery leads the successful delivery of Allianz Australia’s cyber program, driving initiatives that strengthen cyber capability and support the organisation’s cyber strategy.



Working within a hybrid delivery model, the role provides strategic oversight, ensures delivery outcomes are achieved, and partners closely with Allianz Technology to align execution with business priorities.

This is a 24 month fixed-term contract.

About the role
- Align cyber initiatives with Allianz’s cyber strategy, enterprise architecture and technology roadmap.
- Lead the planning, oversight and successful delivery of cyber initiatives, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to business needs.
- Act as the key liaison between Allianz Australia and Allianz Technology, providing clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor program risks and issues, proactively resolving challenges and escalating critical matters when required.
- Partner with Allianz Technology to support delivery against agreed service levels, performance measures and contractual obligations.
