The Client is a global player in the flexible packaging industry. **Posizione**:
Objectives of the role: according to the company’s R&D; strategies and processes, she/he contributes to idea generation and the execution of innovation projects, from design to industrial deployment Organization: she/he will report to the Product Innovation Manager Duties
- To provide the execution of innovation projects assigned, owning responsibility of timing and milestones
- To define and coordinate the team of the competences within the project, according to matrix of competences
- To set technical definition and specifications within the project, including cost analysis and industrial sustainability **Requisiti**: - Degree in material science and engineering as a plus
- At least 2-years experience in a similar position, in packaging or injection moulding industries
- Knowledge of polymers and technologies of transformatio
- Fluent English and other language as a plus
- Aptitude for collaboration and teamworking in multidisciplinary teams
- Positiveness, proactivity and good communication skills, customer oriented
- Planning skills
- Problem solving and openminded approach
- Digital attitude and learning agility
