Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Assist with reservation updates, itinerary adjustments, and cancellations

Confirm travel details and follow up with clients as departure dates approach
Address concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions
Ideal Candidate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience preferred (hospitality or travel is helpful but not required)
Organized and comfortable managing multiple requests
Able to learn online systems xkiyazw and tools quickly
Interested in travel and helping others plan successfully
