COMMERCIAL TENDER COORDINATORIn this role, you will manage private and public tender in all phases, from participation to award and post-award phases.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGAnalysis and evaluation of the documentation (administrative, technical and economic) relating to public and private tenders and to supplier procurement portal; Analysis and evaluation of the regulations (administrative, civil and tax) that impact and influence the management of tenders; Preparation, in compliance with the provisions and in coordination with all the company departments involved, of the documentation necessary for participation in tenders; Management and preparation of the final tender documents; Management and resolution of potential tender management issues; Analysis, management of contracts; Analysis, management andresolution of issues that may arise in the post-award phase with the customer; To ensure a detailed planning and a continuous monitoring to improve tender efficiency; To ensure documentation update on the tender database; WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TOTHRIVEDegree in legal or economic disciplinePrevious experience in tender managementExperience in management of supplier procurement portalsKnowledge of public procurement Italian regulation Experience in Construction, Caterers, Professional Kitchen sector preferredGood with Microsoft Excel,
