Main purpose of the roleWithin the Process Excellence Center, in the GRDQ team, we are looking for a new colleague who will reporting to the Process Excellence Director.The new resource will be responsible for deploying the creative strategies to create a work environment that utilizes updated and innovative technology, processes, and operations. Focus of the activity are processes set up and relevant equipment to achieve the excellence in the industry.What you will doProcess innovation: Create Innovative Goals: Create a list of goals that encourage innovative thinking and strategies throughout the organization; Observe standard processes and operations within the company to identify areas that could vantaggi from innovation. This allows to plan creative solutions and opportunities for growth; Research Innovative Trends: Stay up-to-date by researching new trends within the industry,



ensuring the organization remains informed about advancements; Contribute to source anddevelop innovative technologies which could provide improvement of the manufacturing process (savings, sustainability, automatization, less FTE, etc); Scouting new process equipment’s; Defining ideal processesset-up for each product category.Our Perfect Candidate5 years experience across R&D; or engineering roles; University degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Engineering; Cross‑functional collaboration; English is a must;Flexibility and ability to travel is a must. xrdbqlu The position offers a gross annual salary starting from 65,000.
