ph3Overview /h3pWinthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. /ppWinthrop specialises in providing turnkey data centre solutions, providing services from design, through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning. /ppWinthrop has grown to become the leading and most trusted company in our sector and the only dedicated data centre delivery partner in Europe. /ppWe are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, demonstrating adherence to the project delivery plan and in accordance with the Winthrop Technologies Integrated Management System. /liliEnsure adherence to the Winthrop Technologies Project Specific Environmental, Health and Safety Plans. /liliCo-ordination and participation in the development and review of task specific method statements, risk assessments, safe plan of action, permit to work. /liliCompliance with the project execution plan and implementation of Good Safety Practices. /liliWhere required, lead and manage a wider EHS Team on the project to effectively implement an Industry leading safety culture. /liliLeading and growing the EHS safety culture through all project disciplines on the project. /liliEnsure positive Client facing interactions with prompt attention to observations.
/liliDesign and deliver safety focused information sessions across all levels in order to drive high levels of safety awareness and actions. /liliManage ongoing R.E.A.C.H assessments, control of hazardous substances and reporting on outcomes to senior management with recommended actions as necessary. /liliEnsuring that safety interventions are completed and registered. /liliCarry out regular site audits and inspection, document results and follow up on any corrective actions. /li /ulh3Skills Qualifications /h3ulliRelevant Qualification in Environmental, Health and Safety. /liliSignificant experience managing EHS on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience an advantage). /liliProven experience in managing an EHS Team and ensuring project deliverables are met. /liliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). /liliComprehensive knowledge of current EHS legislation and best practices. /liliProven ability to manage all environmental, health, and safety aspects on-site effectively. /liliStrong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. /liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. /liliFlexibility to adapt working patterns as project needs evolve. /liliExcellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliWork with a market leader in the Data centre Construction industry. /liliBe part of a forward-thinking team delivering critical infrastructure in a high-growth sector. /liliLong-term career progression opportunities and professional development support. /liliCompetitive salary package /li /ulpbWinthrop Technologies Ltd. is an equal opportunities employer /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
