Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are seeking a talented Backend Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evolving cloud-native solutions.
You will help drive the Technogym ecosystem, which includes gym equipment, mobile and web applications, and third-party integrations.You’ll use best practices in software development to deliver scalable, highly available, and secure cloud services.Your ImpactDesign, develop, and maintain backend systems using C# (.NET) and Node.jsArchitect and manage cloud-native services, ensuring reliability, security, and scalabilityMentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and security to streamline delivery pipelines and ensure security and complianceHandle incidents, improve alerting systems, and maintain service uptime,
collaborating with the infrastructure teamLeverage AI tools to review, debug, and optimize codeAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
You are able to work in an agile environment, providing teamwork that will always be recognized and appreciated.What you should bring:4-5 years of professional experience in cloud-native backend developmentStrong understanding of distributed systems, data-intensive architectures, and scalability principlesExperience with Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologiesProven track record of managing and delivering complex software projectsExcellent debugging, testing, and problem-solving skillsHands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCPPreferred qualifications:Familiarity with event-driven architectures, asynchronous and real-time data pipelinesExperience tracking project outcomes via OKRs or KPIs, with a focus on continuous delivery and operational excellenceExperience with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Codeio, Cursor or similarKnowledge of security best practices in cloud environmentsCompensation DataWe believe great work deserves great recognition.
For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 40,000 and 55,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
