ph3Position /h3 pSupport commercial and operational activities of the Sales team by ensuring the proper management of quotations, commercial documentation, customer orders, and internal coordination among different company functions, contributing to the efficiency of the sales process and customer satisfaction. /p h3Responsibilities and Activities /h3 ul liSupport the preparation of quotations, offers, and technical/commercial documentation. /li liMonitor commercial deadlines and support follow-up activities with customers and the Sales department. /li liManage and update customer master data, price lists, and commercial databases. /li liPrepare commercial reports, sales KPIs, and data analyses to support management activities. /li liCollaborate with the Finance department on administrative and documentation checks related to customer orders. /li liSupport the management of commercial non-conformities or customer-related operational issues. /li liEnsure proper filing and management of commercial and contractual documentation. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of sales support and customer management processes.
