Posizione Bulgari Brand Protection Legal Department is responsible for the management and defense of Bulgari’s intellectual property rights, at worldwide level and for all categories of products and services of the Company (jewelry, watches, accessories, eyewear, perfumes, hotels). We seek for a junior IP specialist to be integrated in our department, as a stagiaire, for a period of six months. **MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**: - Follow-up of the IP portfolio (trademarks, design, patents and copyrights); building up of an intelligent archive for research, especially for copyrights; cleaning up of the databases of titles
- Availability searches for trademarks and designs
- Online searches on counterfeiting, use searches and competitors
- Contribution to drafting of regular internal newsletters on IP




- Participate to projects and cross functional teams to ensure that brand protection and anticounterfeiting issues are correctly addressed Profilo **QUALIFICATIONS**: - Student in intellectual property or a newly owner of an IP title
- A first experience (whether as a stage or in a law firm) would be a plus
- Familiarity with legal databases and IT tools and you are organized
- Fluency in English
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
