We are looking for a proactive and technically minded Adhesives Application Engineer to join our team and support customers across national and international markets.
Your Responsibilities As an Application Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their machinery combined with Adhesive/glue solutions. Provide technical support and application expertise of the glue for installed machinery and systems Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutionsTrain customers and operators on machine functionality, operation, and best practices Collaborate closely with the Application Laboratory, Sales and Product Management teams Gather customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services Travel regularly to customer locations in Italy and abroad to provide on-site technical assistance Who We Are Looking For A curious, customer-oriented, and hands-on professional with a passion for technology and problem solving. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Thermotechnics, Wood Technology, Chemical Engineering,
or an equivalent technical qualification ITS Academy or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field (nice to have) Good knowledge of mechanics and fundamental physical principles Ability to understand technical documentation and machine functionality Ability to understand applied Chemistry on wood furniture industry Previous experience in servicing, maintaining, or supporting industrial machinery Knowledge of woodworking machinery such as: CNC Machining Centers, Edge Banders, Coating and Finishing Machines Experience working directly with customers in a technical support or field service environment Excellent stress management skills when working at customer sites Customer-oriented approach and empathy Languages Godd level of English (written and spoken) Mobility Availability for national and international travels Permanent employment contract Classification level: from D1 to B1 under the CCNL Chimica Industria, with a competitive remuneration package and additional salary enhancement commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and professional background Company Car Opportunity to work in an international and innovative environment Comprehensive technical training and continuous professional development Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and global projects Career growth opportunities within a dynamic organization If you are passionate about technology, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and thrive in a customer-facing role, we would love to hear from you. #
