As Progress
Manager you will be the key interface between LePub Project/Account Management and internal practice leads (CCO, CSO, etc) in dealing with requirements and studio capacity/capability. This role reports directly into the Programme Director/COO who is responsible for all resourcing and workflow through the business.

The Progress
Manager at LePub is glue that strengthens and supports the entire agency. We are the ones that enable getting the right people on the right tasks and the right time, providing the Project Owners and Practice Leads with the tools to help them manage their project teams, departments and help maintain a healthy balance between work. Creating and maintaining a single source for reporting and information sharing to help improve visibility of the resource and staffing requirements across LePub Milan.
Oversee the day-to-day updating of studio schedule ensuring that this is always accurate and up-to-date. Work with the rest of the Resourcing team to develop and maintain the LePub Preferred Supplier List, including Freelance staff, Publicis Groupe capabilities and ensuring that finding costs are kept to a minimum. Alongside the Head of Resource own and manage Roar v2, ensuring that this is always accurate, up-to-date and all projects are entered.
Maintain day-to-day resource booking system. Actively follow up on new projects coming into the agency and attend project kick-off meetings to ensure the appropriate resource is assigned. Manage the Freelancer resourcing process, balancing the need to resource projects effectively with excellent talent with the need to keep external spend to a minimum.
Use project reconciliation reports and RAG reporting to validate requests and escalate. Promote the use of time on internal projects and training and development within the studio. Act as a sounding board for practice leads on work allocation.
Work closely with Delivery to plan and manage resources at a project level. Ensure that unbillable resource costs are signed off in advance using the write-off management procedure. Build a brilliant black book.
Actively research and source outstanding Freelance talent.
Get the best from the LePub resource management technology. Ensure that resource management is directly linked to project level finance and workflow.
Create weekly/monthly workload and 3rd party forecasts. Excellent and accurate verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate at all levels within an agency. Excellent energy levels with the ability to visibly lead and take ownership of projects and relationships.
Deep understanding of the industry and the roles and work undertaken by a digital agency. The ability to source, recognise and negotiate partner opportunities at a high level.
Experience in contract management. A Great problem solver with the ability to work with little supervision and multi-task. Self-motivated, with good timekeeping and the ability to motivate others into action.

Annual Gross Salary
Range (RAL) €40,000 – €45,000 The salary range has been determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including role responsibilities, required competencies, organisational level, market benchmarks, and internal equity considerations. The Company reserves the right to update it if necessary.
