Donaldson has an opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, based in Ostiglia. The position will report to the Plant Director KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Management of Engineering Team (4 people) in Ostiglia Plant
- Achive assigned goals in Safety, Quality, Production, Sutainability and Cost Reduction areas
- Manage APD and CQP process in order to purse World-Class products with On-Time production
- Management of significant part of capital and process development projects: budget, technical objectives & timing
- Manage effectively the Engineering department in support of agreed business objectives
- Define and assign clear targets and goals to Engineers team
- Build effective network between Departments
- Evaluate product and process development of existing processes to increase output, quality, safety and reducing cost
- Optimize process flow and output with focus on layout, routings, equipment, work organization and material flow
- Focus team on exploring new ideas and technology to evaluate the potential to improve products, processes, quality, safety, costs, etc.
- Motivate Team by Leading by example, Problem solving approach, effective teamwork and Lean mindset KEY REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor Technical Degree
- 2 - 4 years experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Tools and Techniques
- Experience in project and budgetary management
- Knowledge of budgetary control and procurement
