Offset Specialist

**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop analyzes and forecasts, oriented towards opportunities related to offset, developing business cases and what if analyses, in collaboration with the Corporate Strategy area
- Support the development of Concept Papers of offset projects, proposals/projects with the corresponding Business Plan and the finalization and signing of agreements with public authorities
- Quantitatively process the obtainable credits, making the most of the valorisations of localisation, capability development and corporate intellectual property coming from the relevant corporate functions
- Analyze and study international offset strategic trends
- Contribute, with the support of the Program Managers, to monitoring the progress of the offset obligations,



monitoring the achievement of the related credits and compliance with the scope and budget of the offset program.
- Conduct internal reporting on progress in meeting offset obligations and estimates of the portion to be completed **Technical Requirements**
- 3-5 years Offset management experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector
- Experience in building business cases and trade-off analysis
- Knowledge of business management principles
