**Job Description Summary**:
**Role Summary/Purpose** Ensure manufacturing data reliability between MES & ERP, analyze & drive productivity improvement (time, methods, direct & indirect costs), support ERP master data **Main Responsibilities**
- **Production Analytics**
- Collect data and execute routine analyses using vested methods and technologies
- Interact with people from the manufacturing departments (production manager, supervisors and operators)
- Key User of MES system and interface with global MES support team (in English)
- Execute routine and complex analysis to improve and control production KPI as efficiency and leakage
- ** Productivity Improvement**
- Identify opportunities and lead actions for productivity improvement in terms of output & volumes
- Work close to site controller to analyze FPC costs,



variances and drive actions for optimization
- ** ERP Master Data**
- Support Time & Methods dept including ERP master data management **Qualifications/Requirements**
- University degree in Management/Industrial Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- EU Work Permit
- English proficiency
- Use of Excel **Desired Characteristics**
- Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Team building
- SAP PP/CO/MM - desirable
