As a Technical Service Support for Milking, you will be the technical expert for our automatic milking robots.

Your role is to support our Lely Centers in delivering excellent technical service, developing their expertise and ensuring our solutions perform at their best. By working closely with technicians, customers and Lely International, you will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

What will you do?

Provide second-line technical support to Lely Center technicians by resolving complex technical issues through phone, remote support and ticket management.

Deliver technical training courses and hands-on workshops to help Lely Center technicians develop their knowledge and skills.

Support the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of Lely milking robots and herd management software when additional technical expertise is required.

Visit farms to perform technical audits, validate solutions in the field and support technicians during critical interventions.

Test and validate new products,



features and technical solutions, providing structured feedback to Lely International to support continuous improvement.

Share technical knowledge and best practices across the network of Lely Centers.

You monthly participate in the hotline (24/7), providing technical support to the field technicians.

Occasionally travel to the Lely Campus in the Netherlands or to other Clusters for training, meetings and international projects.

Qualifiche

We would like you to apply if you

Hold a Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science or a related field, with at least 2–3 years of experience in a technical service or engineering role, or hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline where prior work experience is not required.

Have a good understanding of electrical principles and troubleshooting.

Speak and write fluent English.

Enjoy working with both hardware and software technologies.

Are familiar with digital tools and diagnostic applications.

Basic knowledge of a programming language is considered a plus.

Knowledge of the agricultural sector or dairy farming is an advantage, but not essential.

Comfortable taking initiative and finding practical solutions to technical challenges.

Creative and open-minded when approaching new situations and technologies.

What we offer A full-time contract with an indicative gross annual salary ranging from € 28.000 to € 32.000, depending on professional experience, demonstrated competencies and level of autonomy in performing the role.
