**Department**:Communication & Digital Content**Location**:IT, IT**Job ID**: Join our Digital Marketing Italy team as a** Digital & Consumer Engagement Intern** and contribute to a dynamic range of activities. As a valuable team member, you will support various functions including: **E-Business**: - Supporting e-commerce channel initiatives, including creative campaign development for media performance.
- Assisting in the creation of shopper activation initiatives.
- Handling ticket management and the demand plan.
- Supporting the implementation of a new loyalty program integrated with online and offline purchases.
- Data entry for the website.
- Supporting engagement campaigns to boost the e-commerce channel and activate joint business plans with e-retailers. **Content**: - Monitoring and managing community interactions.
- Supporting the always-on social editorial plan.
- Supporting the management of always-on social campaigns and influencer relations. Assisting in preparing presentations. **Who we’re looking for**: - Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a Master's in Digital.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Italian.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Medium proficiency in Social Media, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational,
and planning skills.
