System Engineer - Aerospace & Defence Programs

TXT E-Tech , part of the TXT Group , is looking for a System Engineer to join innovative projects in the Aerospace & Defence sector, contributing to the development and integration of advanced technological solutions.
We are seeking a motivated, curious, and technology-driven professional who is eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic and innovation-focused environment. The selected candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and be involved in highly technical activities, with concrete opportunities for professional growth and development.
What you will do
- Analyze, identify, and resolve system anomalies;
- Develop and implement software code;
- Integrate and validate complex software modules;
- Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support;
- Draft system requirements and project documentation;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams working on Aerospace & Defence programs.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of the Linux operating system;
- Experience in developing Bash scripts;
- Strong proficiency in Python programming;
- Experience withvirtual machines (VMware, VirtualBox);
- Knowledge of C++ and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles;
- Familiarity with Visual Studio;
- Good knowledge of Git;
- Knowledge of UML modeling;
- Experience in writing System Requirements.
Educational Requirements
- Master's Degree in a STEM discipline.

- The salary range for this position is between €32,000 and €35,000 gross per year;
- The final employment level and compensation package will be defined during the selection process, based on the candidate’s background and experience, in accordance with the applicable collective labour agreement.
