She/he will be responsible for the generation, structuring and execution of strategic transactions for the Bank’s top corporate clients, across the range of Investment Banking & Structured Finance products, in cooperation with industry coverage and product teams. Main responsibilities will include: - Lead the pitching and execution of corporate finance transactions and complex debt financings, providing strategic advice and ensuring the highest level of service;
- Oversee the management of projects in their entirety, giving strong guidance, deploying resources, anticipating requirements and defining responsibilities and steps;




- Provide clients with insightful analysis and advice on complex technical issues, understanding their priorities, anticipating their needs, building in-depth knowledge of their business, strategies and concerns;
- Develop and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients;
- Support senior management in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities;
- Mentor junior talents, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning. **Required Experience**:
Proven leadership skills and experience in guiding junior professionals would also be an advantage. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also essential to interact successfully with clients and team members at all levels. **Skills Required**:
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering with a major in business administration or finance disciplines. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree may be beneficial. **Qualifiche Richieste, Skills e Competenze**:
