We are looking for a Junior Property Accountant to join our Finance Team in Italy. We are looking for a skilled and detail‑oriented Accountant to support the day‑to‑day accounting activities of our Italian property portfolio. In this role, you will ensure accurate processing of supplier invoices, perform key reconciliations,
assist with tenant billing and property‑related recoveries, and collaborate closely with property managers to validate financial data.
You will contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, budgeting and forecasting, VAT compliance, and audit preparation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, maintains high standards of accuracy, and is motivated to continuously improve accounting processes. Support the day-to-day accounting activities relating to the Italian property portfolio Record and review supplier invoices, ensuring correct accounting allocation, approval and supporting documentation Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Reconcile bank accounts, tenant ledgers, supplier accounts and intercompany balances Support the preparation and monitoring of tenant billing, service charges and other property‑related recoveries Liaise with property managers to verify rental income, operating expenses and property‑level accounting information Support the preparation of property‑level budgets, forecasts and budget‑versus‑actual analyses Assist with VAT compliance and other recurring tax and statutory accounting requirements,
