Internship - Private Equity Italy (H/F) - September

**Missions**:
You will be a support to the Private Equity team in evaluating, filtering, executing and monitoring of Private Equity transactions. Main tasks include: - Studying and analysing activity, market, positioning and financial performance of target companies;
- Updating financial models and presentations;
- Supporting the drafting of investment committee memo;
- Supporting the monitoring of portfolio companies, drafting periodical reports and analyses. **Profile**: - Recent graduate or close to graduation from a university or business school with a specialization in finance;
- Previous experience in Private Equity/ M&A;/ Corporate Finance/ Equity Research;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Curious and proactive, with strong analytical skills;
