Pandora is a multinational reality present in more than 80 countries and continues to strengthen its leadership position thanks to an expansion plan that provides for new openings every year, involving more than 1,600 Pandorians in Italy and over 32,000 worldwide. **About us**: In 2023 in Italy we ranked 1st as Best Employer, Best Sign, Best Service in the jewellery sector and 5th as Best E-commerce. **Purpose of the role**: We are looking for a **Maintenance & Construction Specialist** for the Italian market, with the goal of ensuring our stores provide a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. **Main responsibilities**: - **Maintain Efficiency**: Ensure that stores are always operational and functioning by planning and coordinating all maintenance activities.
- **Analysis and Planning**: Assess store needs and develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- **Budget Management**: Define budgets based on requirements and long-term plans, optimizing scheduled and reactive activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
- **Inspections and Problem Resolution**: Conduct inspections in stores to identify and resolve any issues, managing emergencies promptly.
- **Site Reviews**: Perform site reviews of P.O.S. systems,



warranty repair and maintenance procedures, H.V.A.C. units, lighting, store equipment, and the replacement of fixtures and spare parts.
- **Construction**: Manage refresh projects and touch up for the stores included in the refresh plan
- **Policy Compliance**: Ensure corporate policies and procedures are applied consistently throughout our locations.
- **Training and Development**: Coach and guide store teams on best practices to meet current and future business needs. **Requirements**: - Approximately 3 years of experience in a multi-site operations role, preferably in an international retail organization.
- Strong knowledge in civil engineering, construction, and maintenance, with basic skills in plumbing,air conditioning, and electrical systems.
