Salesforce is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Solution Engineer to join our Italy Marketing Cloud team.

Responsibilities

- Customer Discovery & Problem Solving: Understand customers’ business models and marketing challenges.
- Identify opportunities where Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud can deliver measurable value and growth.
- Solution Design & Innovation:



Collaborate with Account Executives and partners to create end-to-end solutions, including how Salesforce Data Cloud can unify and activate customer data for personalized engagement.
- Engaging Demonstrations: Build and deliver impactful demos that bring Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to life. Use storytelling to illustrate how customers can simplify their marketing operations and scale intelligently.
- Strategic Guidance: Support customers in defining their marketing maturity roadmap, connecting marketing automation, data, and customer experience into a cohesive strategy that drives results.
- Collaboration & Enablement: Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Professional Services, Partners) and help scale knowledge across the region through enablement and thought leadership initiatives.
