As a Specialist in Firenze, you drive store performance by leading a high-performing team and delivering excellent customer journeys. You will monitor KPIs, manage omnichannel services, and develop staff to achieve store objectives. The role combines operational excellence with people leadership in a dynamic, multinational retail setting. You’ll contribute to Sephora’s mission of inspiration and inclusion while shaping daily store outcomes and customer experiences.

- Monitor qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, AOV, units per ticket) and oversee omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & Collect, App downloads)
- Track and improve store and team performance, implementing corrective actions when needed
- Manage department team and develop skills and talents
- Uphold quality standards for makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection;

provide technical training

- Resolve disputes and foster team spirit to hit goals




- Brief the team on results and monthly objectives;

ensure best Customer Journey and adherence to guidelines

- Monitor and share daily results with Store Manager and team;

ensure compliance with procedures and commercial policies

- Oversee in-store service performance (internal/external) and stockroom management;

coordinate Booxi platform activities

- Coordinate with Trade & Communication Department for events, masterclasses, and Digiclass;

support store HR and commercial strategies

- Manage stock levels per replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies
- 3–4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) in dynamic multinational retail
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs;

budget management, analysis, and daily reporting

- Business and goals orientation;

strong relationship management;

proficient in English

- Analytical and reporting skills;

strong planning and organization abilities
